This is a sort of nickname for the place on the north side of the Nechako River whose original and formal name is Whutud̲z̲aih, q.v.

Etymology: ‟Yves-Paulette ran out of the water”, after an incident in which Yves-Paulette Quaw ran up the cut bank for a plug of tobacco.
